Getting to Know Me

Welcome to my new website and blog! I really hope you like it! Please note that all the work on it was done by me… so if you see an error page or have an issue, please don’t hesitate to let me know! You might be wondering why I, a self-proclaimed technology repellant, would endeavor to build an entire website. One thing to know about me, is my work ethic is only surpassed by my stubborn nature. So when I first decided to take a crack at building my website, I had no idea that it would take me 4 months and endless screaming matches with my computer! I sought assistance from folks smarter than I am about these things, and then got right back to building it. No way was I going to let a technological product win against me! So here it is, and will be a work in progress for a long time to come, I’m sure!

So some things to know about me:

-I love lists… I have no fewer than 30 lists going in my notes app at all times. It’s how I organize my thoughts and my life! A lot of my content will likely be in list form, just because it’s how I think.

-I’ve been in real estate since 2012 and have loved every minute of it! I’m part of a great firm, Giles Realty, that brings over 75 combined years of experience between agents- that means we’ve seen every market and know how to navigate them.

-I’m the youngest of 4 kids, so I work well with others- even if I tend to be a bit bossy

-I am obsessed with my kids and dogs. Ever want to distract me? Just ask how the kids are doing, or ask for a picture of the dogs!

-I earned my BA from Georgia College and State University with a concentration on English.

What can you expect from my website and blog? Probably a little bit of everything! I have a passion for educating my clients, customers, and friends with real estate knowledge. I don’t just want you making wise decisions when it comes to real estate- I want you to feel confident in making them! This is why I’m happy to address current events in my industry as well as explain existing terminology, processes, and practices. The safest way to grow wealth is with real estate- this has always been the case! I don’t want to just help you buy a house- I want to be your realtor for life! I want you to trust that I will always do what I feel is best for you. I will fight for your best interests, even when they conflict with my own- I made a promise to do so when I first earned my license.

If you ever have any questions you’d like addressed privately or here on the blog, feel free to contact me! I’m available by phone, text, email, anything!
